Board Structure

The Junior Board is split into five major committees: Membership, Media Relations & Communications, Fun Run Sponsorship, Logistics and Marketing. 

While working in their respective committees, Junior Board members have the opportunity to develop a unique skill under the guidance of experienced Woman’s Board members.

Executive Committee

The Community House Junior Board is very proud to offer a variety of leadership opportunities to members with a demonstrated interest and skill set. Of the numerous committees detailed above, all rely upon the leadership of teen committee executives who work closely with members of the Woman’s Board Advisory Council. These teen leaders form the Junior Board’s ‘Executive Board’ and play an invaluable role in keeping the organization on track to achieve its fundraising and community outreach goals.

Secretary

Our secretary is responsible for tracking attendance, managing the Remind and Google Drive, as well as creating Sign-Up Geniuses to get board members involved in our various events.

Marketing Co-Chairs

Our marketing chairs run the theme selection and graphic design for our various events. They are responsible for board publicity and external PR. Marketing execs also run our social media, update the website, and serve as board photographers.
